I'm Jacqui, a Certified Pilates Instructor, practitioner and Clinical Exercise Specialist with a background in clinical and contemporary Pilates education.
I work with people who value thoughtful, individualised movement guidance and want an approach that fits their body and their lifestyle, and are looking to improve their Strength, Flexibility and Balance in everyday life.
