Her programs are designed to help individuals achieve a well-balanced body, aligned with 'Stay Strong, Live Long', Ignite Pilates is an online Pilates business that offers "live" classes to help people gain strength and flexibility and help with Rehab and Prehab. Jacqui is able to provide personalised programs focused on building strength and flexibility. The founder's passion for Pilates dates back to the early 80s, and the unique approach involves teaching small online classes with personalized instruction. This emphasis on personalized instruction and small class sizes sets Ignite Pilates apart.
